Steve Espinoza - General Manager

• Baseball backgroud: Steve, who in 2012 will relinquish his managerial duties after 8 years at the helm in favor of the GM title, began his playing career with the Oaks at age 15. Out of high school he was drafted in the 23rd round of the MLB draft by the San Francisco Giants, but opted not to sign. After a successful career at Foothill College, Steve was drafted again, this time in the 2rd round of the January MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles.
  

     Greg Matson - Manager

• Baseball backgroud: Greg will begin his first season as Pitching Coach for the Menlo College Oaks in 2012. As a player, Greg began his collegiate career at West Valley JC before receiving a scholarship to UNC-Greensboro in 2006. After one season at Greensboro, Greg transfered to Biola University where he served as the teams closer, recording 5 saves and posting a 4-1 record.

     Joey Ordonez - Head Coach

• Coaching Background: Joey brings many years of high level coaching experience to the Palo Alto Oaks. His recent coaching stints include: Head coach of the San Jose Baysox, Assistant coach at Mission College, Assistant coach at Oregon Tech (NAIA), and instructor for the Stanford Baseball Camp and Hardtke World of Baseball.
  

     Matt Campbell - Director of Baseball Operations

• Baseball Background: Matt began his collegiate career as a pitcher at the College of San Mateo in 2003, helping the team advance to the California Junior College Final Four. He was named Second Team All-Conference in 2004 and received a scholarship to Sacramento State. Following his career at Sacramento State, Matt played one season with the Chico Outlaws, helping the team win the Golden Baseball League Championship.
